Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or other import taxes/fees that may be charged upon import by your country. Delivery times for international orders vary widely depending on customs delays, weather, and other factors. International orders are shipped at the buyers risk. Responsibility for packages that are lost, damaged, misplaced, or delivered to the wrong address by the postal service within the destination country, lies with that postal service, and we can not be held responsible. Please ensure the correct address is entered at checkout.

Made to order items will ship within 2-4 weeks depending on the current order queue. All orders ship via USPS First-Class mail unless priority mail or other upgraded services are chosen. Tracking information is provided once the item has been shipped.

Lead times do not include transit time.

Returns & Repairs

Because every piece is made by hand for each customer, made to order items can not be returned. I offer a full stitching guarantee on all products. All of my wallets are saddle stitched by hand. Saddle stitching is extremely durable and highly unlikely to ever fail. If the stitching on your wallet ever does break, you can send it in to me and I will restitch the wallet free of charge.
